Serviced Accommodation

As well as property sourcing, we also manage a portfolio of serviced apartments for ourselves and our investors. Serviced apartments can earn in excess of £1,000 per month greater cash flow than if rented out on the basis of a traditional single let (depending on the location of the property). Residential Conversions

In addition to property sourcing and serviced apartments our 3rd and final Platinum Property strategy is residential conversions. Here we follow a simple effective model to:

  1. Purchase Property Below Market Value
  2. Refurbish and alter the layout of the property to Add Value
  3. Sell the property on the open market to exit
